I recently participated in a two-day "Brunch and Balloon" class located in Bronx, New York. Hosted by none other than Jenee’ Peets-Dockery of JPD events. As someone who has admired her work, I was eager to elevate my own skills.
Continuing education has always been a top priority for me, as I believe that ongoing learning is essential to better serve my clients and continuously progress in my craft. This event provided me with a deeper understanding of not just the art of balloons but also operation essentials, marketing, and social media presence.
One of the highlights of the event was the hands-on sessions, where we had the opportunity to put theory into practice. While the class catered to beginners, I gained a great deal of new knowledge. It also made me recognize the progress I've made since I first started my balloon decor journey. It served as a reminder to not be overly critical of myself and provided reassurance that I'm heading in the right direction.
Thank you for joining me on this journey of growth and discovery. Here's to the endless possibilities that lie ahead as I continue to hone my craft and spread joy through the art of balloon decor.
