  • How is the booking process?

    Lead Experience: Fill out a contact form with essential details (time, location, balloon decor preferences). Expect a response within 1-2 business days.


    Consultation: A team member from Extraordinary Balloons will reach out for a 15-minute phone call to review the contact form and finalize decor details. An invoice will be sent, and a non-refundable retainer (50% of the total balance) is required to secure the event.


    Onboarding: Once the event is secured, planning will commence. Extraordinary Balloons will communicate with clients via email throughout the process.


    Fulfillment: On the event day, the Extraordinary Balloons staff will deliver, install, and later break down the balloon decorations.

  • How can I secure my event date?

    Once the NON-REFUNDABLE retainer has been paid your event date will be confirmed. Without a retainer paid, the date will still be available for booking.

  • How much is the retainer fee?

    A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required to confirm the event date (half of the total price).

  • How does balloon setup and delivery work?

    Extraordinary balloons will install balloon design before the event and will return once the party is over to break down the design.


  • How much is delivery?

    The minimum delivery fee is set at $125; however, this fee may be adjusted based on the distance to the event location.

  • How soon can I book my event?

    We recommend placing your order as early as possible; however, we can accommodate requests up to one month before the event date.

  • When is the remaining balance due?

    The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Please note that events may be subject to cancellation if the remaining balance is not received by this deadline.

  • Is there a rush fee?

    For events scheduled less than one month in advance, a rush fee of $25+ will be added to the total amount with a full payment upfront.





  • Can I take the balloon decorations home?

    All props and materials used are the property of Extraordinary Balloons, unless they have been personalized with a name, logo, or similar. Clients are welcome to keep the actual balloons.

  • What are the damage guidelines?

    Clients will be held 100% responsible for any damage, alteration, or destruction of Extraordinary Balloons' property, including applicable damage fees or the full cost of replacement. Once the installation is complete, clients should not move or dismantle any balloons, props, or materials.

  • Can balloon decorations be installed outside?

    Balloons are prone to popping and oxidizing, resulting in a cloudy appearance, when exposed to sunlight, heat, weather, extreme temperature changes, and contact with people.


    For Best Results:

    Balloons should be placed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment, away from windows that receive direct sunlight.


    If You Choose to Place Balloons Outdoors:

    Latex balloons will oxidize and pop more quickly in outdoor conditions compared to a fully shaded environment. We recommend using lighter colors, as darker colors are more susceptible to popping.


    Extraordinary Balloons is not responsible for balloons popping outdoors, as this is beyond our control, and we do not offer refunds in such cases.

  • How long can balloons last?

    Balloons can last for several days or even weeks indoors; however, their longevity depends on factors such as temperature, heat, humidity, and contact with people.
